Advert Music Tuesday

I am feeling lazy this morning. So I am posting tomorrow's post today. This piece of music is also lazy and is being used in the new Dulux paint advert. I think that's all I have to say about it... other than it suits my mood because it has a lovely lazy lilt... oh, and I can also play it on my saxophone.

Other news: My BMI is down to 20.37 [height to weight ratio... or sommink - means I've lost a few pounds], my bum and thighs are beginning to look toned... but I still have a stubborn bit of muffin. I will persevere.

You have a lovely instrument and have told me about it before. In fact, I always think sax when I think of you,

You really shouldn't let your BMI go below 20 though. I'd be happy to take you to dinner if you decide you have gone too far. You wouldn't be the first to be feed up by me

That is indeed a 'lazy' tune! Nice.

Monday is my lazy day, almost midday and still not dressed!

That last bit of muffin is always the hardest to shift! I've been working on losing my beerbelly, while still consuming vast quantities of the stuff! I blame Jimmy! :¬)

xxx (WV = naerye!

Mr Jekand: You are, as always, most gracious!
I have a horrible feeling that I'm going to have to exercise this muffin top off... I don't think it's about food.

Mr Maps: I love this tune. It always makes me dream of hammocks [no, I'm not being rude!]

I like a nice bit of muffin.

I love that song! I thought I was the only one on the planet who did. John Berry composed some rather spiffy James Bond music, as well. Midnight Cowboy also includes one of my faves; Everybody's Talkin' by Harry Nilsson. Wheels within wheels.

A song for Miss Scarlet.

PS: Your progress is not lazy!

A song for you.

Have you managed to get your bum and thighs toned without exercise? I'm impressed, if I don't exercise daily I very quickly begin to resemble a deflated water balloon.

Nice tune.

Does this mean you're seeing less of your Smeg now?

You could always take the easy way out and tame your muffin with some Spanx. But I'm sure you wouldn't do that, you're a gal who favours strict discipline.

Dave: You can't spread jam and cream on my muffin!!! And I don't want it nibbled...

Mr Banish: It's such a lazy summer tune. I can also play 'Everyone's Talking'.
John Barry is a Bond man... he's quite brilliant.

Mr XL: I aspire to effortless glamour. Sigh.

Mr Chairman: I will not!!!!
But I will learn the dance routine.

Eryl: Good grief, No! Without the recent exercise routine I would resemble a plate of jelly!

MJ: My Smeg is now the custodian of much healthy goodness. It's positively glowing.

Nick: Tempting! But you're correct in your observation.
What you see is what you get!!

Apologies, I am feeling extremely out of sorts today.... yeah, yeah, yeah... no jokes about the time of the month etc, for one thing, I have developed muscles where I've never had muscles before...
Crikey, this comment is longer than my post...

I enjoyed listening to the relaxing tune. Hope you feel better. No, I don't think you should be up every minute. I just hope you are doing well.

I love this piece of music and the film too. Lovely way to end a Monday/start a Tuesday. :-)

Surely, you can't be lazy with that awesome progress you've made! Congratulations! It's quite an achievement. Where do you find the time to blow that instrument for fun?

The last few pounds are tough, because your body is stronger and it has adapted--like the Borg--to all the exercise. Just try some new exercises and change up your routine to challenge your new found endurance and you'll reach your goal!

Oooh, different forms of exercise? I've got a cricket game for the Wii. Shall I bring it over?

Wow, that tune is still such a classic, as is the film. Everybody appreciates a bit of muffin - don't knock it.

You need to get right over to the Mean Dirty Pirate blog, Miss Scarlet.

Dave: Sorry. I'm feeling grouchy.

Mr Mags: Indeed!
I thought you were calling me names for a moment... and I am rather ratty.

Techybabes: I'm just a bit Grrrrrrrrrr!

Happyfroggy: It's a lovely dusky piece that makes me think of sunsets.

Mr Swings: I tried some new exercises this morning. I am determined... those old jeans of mine are going to look good.
I always have time for blowing my instrument...

Mr Beastie: Steady, I'll pick up those donuts and use you as target practice.

Dave: AAAARRRGGGHHHH!!!!
...I am a bowling champion on Sports resort... I can knock down 100 pins in one go. Easy.

Gadj: I don't want to bust any more zips though!!

MJ: Oh crikey, I will be along shortly....

Are you working yourself up for the Dartmoor Games? Remember: they don't wrestle to kill these days!

Fine tune. I have a bakery on my hips, so wouldn't worry about one muffin.
